To oversee planning and execution of all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
Accountable for ideating / conceptualizing brand related solutions for corporate brand Tikona and other SBUs
Responsible for thinking of new ideas for company to drive annual calendar
Writing marketing and promotional briefs and presentations specific to campaigns
Briefing agencies and other departments on changes pertaining to campaigns and ensuring they are incorporated and presented. Should be able to comprehend information, collate and give appropriate feedback to partners and vendors when required monitoring a campaign's progress and updating the team
Act as the brand control for various creative and vet them as per guidelines prescribed
To deliver all marketing activities earmarked within the agreed budget.
Executing and negotiating spends across advertising mediums of TV, Print, Radio, Digital, Social Media and PR
Coordinating and ideating with various media agencies such as media buying, PR and social/digital agencies
Drafting effective surveys for qualitative and quantitative consumer feedback
Collecting, presenting and archiving competitive activities, advertising and trends
Compiling marketing strategies across competitors and making a presentation to the internal team
Demonstrate technical skills and company, product knowledge.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
