Job Description:
Develop and maintain partner and prospective partner relationships
Negotiate contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partner.
Implement channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner
accounts.
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and
management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and
partnersexpectations.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner
accounts.
Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance
objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner
relationship.
Proactively assess, clarify and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent
communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of
engagement.
Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners
Proactively recruit new qualifying partners.
Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and
problem resolution. Ability to use leadership and sales acumen to train and develop sales
staff.Ability to use analytical skills to analyze Key Performance Indicators to determine the
health of a channel partner relationship.

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
