Job Description:
  • Training Sales team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations; engaging in strategic operational planning with aim of enhancing Sales and achieving Given Goals & Targets. Implementing various Trainings on process improvements to optimize performance and operational efficiencies; identifying pain areas, and initiating remedial measures to plug in quality gaps by providing Training on pain areas Transitioning systems/processes as required; defining and revising SOPs in line with service and operations target to ensure consistent high service performance Tracking service metrics, managing departmental budgets, chairing progress reviews and meets and ensuring sales Team are in alignment with corporate guidelines and compliance norms Training and mentoring the team members to bridge the gap between performance and competencies; conducting performance appraisals and reviews, providing feedback, career guidance and motivation
