Designation : Network Support Engineer
Position : Enterprise Support (e-ATS)/ATS - Operations
Work location : Mumbai(In-House) Support - 24X7
Sound knowledge/ understanding of the technical fundamentals of the Internet
Sound knowledge/ understanding of standard internet protocols such as FTP, SFTP, HTTP, POP, SMTP, IMAP, SNMP etc.
Sound Knowledge / understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, IPsec, QOS protocols, and SNMP protocols.
Sound knowledge of diagnostic tools such as trace route, ping, and other cots product for internet monitoring.
Monitor and Troubleshooting wide area networks, routers, local area networks, and switches, CPE & AP.
Identify & resolve connectivity problem between different Indoor/Outdoor Wireless Access Point.
Monitoring of leased lines and tracks helpdesk requests, timely escalates issues to the teams/supervisor and coordinates with customers and internal teams.
Identify and resolve chronic, acute issues and ensure that similar issue doesnt reoccur in future and same to be maintained in Trouble Tickets as assigned.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (the ability to think logically through a problem) and must have the initiative, perseverance and commitment to see problems through to resolution same by co-ordination with peer team members.
Actively acquires more skills, techniques, operating practices, knowledge of abstract concepts in order to progress towards full in the field of network.
Creating manuals and guides.

Good communication (both verbal and written) skills.
Able to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and nontechnical team members Able to operate with minimal supervision
Experience : 2+ years
Education : BE Fresher (University of Mumbai) with CCNA
