Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

New customer acquisition through prospecting new clients
• Maintain / manage and grow business from the assigned Key / Named Accounts
• Maximising wallet share form the existing Key / Named accounts
• Build and maintain long term relationship with the Key Decision Makers / CXOs in the allocated Key /
Named Accounts.
• Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition and revenue targets for the
assigned Key / Named Accounts.
• Responsible for revenue generation from the set of corporate by cross selling and up selling
• Ensure customer satisfaction through coordination with back end support functions viz., customer
service, billing and other functions.
• Ensure the timely collection of the payments and adherence to the payment collection / Outstanding
systems and procedures as per company policies
• Keep a track of the clients business initiatives and future plans and analyse its impact on the business
• Identify the opportunities for the new products, services and applications and enhancing the existing
infrastructure for additional revenues
• Collect the market intelligence data including environmental, customer and competitor information
and initiatives and analyse the same to pre-empt its impact on the business
• Striking strategic alliances with synergistic partners like system integrators, consultants etc. in line
with the defined guidelines


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills written/spoken/presentation.
  • Preferably from a Good tier 2 MBA institute.
  • Having excellent online/linkedin marketing aptitude.
  • Should work independently and generate leads/ followup and connect with CIOs/ Are able to set up webinar/presentations and establish senior level relationship.
