Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Business and grow Customer base and solidify existing relationships.
  • Develop long-term strategies and shorter-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals.
  • Develop the Business & Sales Model for the customers.
  • Develop innovative solutions sales models
  • Take the Outbound Marketing Initiatives to gather leads.
  • Create client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies.
  • Explore opportunities, upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
  • Understand product and solutions and to be able demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients


  • Should be able to meet deadlines
  • Good Coordination with customers onsite.
  • Thorough knowledge of OSHA Construction Order Regulations
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Record-keeping and clear documentation skills
